Shree Ratnachintamani Engineering (SRE) was established in 1996 with foundry set up for gravity die castings supported with conventional machine shop.

We at SRE cater various customers for their high quality requirements for the sectors like automobile, valve industry, pneumatic actuators, power tools, heavy electrical etc. We built our capacities to support mass as well as batch type production of castings ranging from 0.050 kgs to 54.000kgs in various alloy specifications.

Offering complete solution of ready to use components, duty machined, powder coated or anodized as per customer requirement.

Our strength of 24 years hard core experience of foundry practises and skilled workforce developed for implementing efficient and productive manufacturing techniques is competent enough to serve best in class, cost competitive and critical parts as per customer requirements over the years.

We built all necessary in house facilities required for GDC and PDC like in addition to foundry, core shop, heat treatment, shot blasting, CNC-VMC machine shop, tool room for die maintenance supported by necessary testing facilities like spectrometer , UTM, hardness testing, profile projector, surface roughness tester, 2-D measuring machine and all types of measuring instruments.
